Delivery Rates

Your order will normally be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Special order items from Manufacturers can take up to 28 days for delivery.

Delivery is normally made through Royal Mail Royal Mail

Postage Costs -
Delivery costs depend upon weight and price of order. The postage is therefore worked out at time of order depending on goods ordered and a choice of delivery mediums will be offered if applicable. Delivery prices range from £0.95p for delivery of our smallest items to £14.26 for a larger 20kg delivery.

FREE DELIVERY

Please call us to place an order for international delivery unless you want to have the goods delivered by ordinary airmail. The delivery rate for international orders depends on size, weight, fragility, cost of goods ordered and will be individually quoted for your order.

Moorlake Ltd T/A DAS Plymouth cannot and will not be responsible for customs duties and additional charges. These charges cannot be foreseen or pre-calculated and are not the responsibility of Moorlake Ltd. If payment is refused on these items and the customer does not receive the goods, Moorlake Ltd can only offer refunds on items returned directly to Moorlake Ltd premises, postage and shipping charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Every effort is made by DAS Plymouth to ensure that goods arrive in perfect condition. We will always check items before shipping, but cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred by the courier. All damages must be signed for as “Damaged” on receipt and claimed according to the carrier’s terms and conditions.

The customer upon placing the order accepts the risk of damage.

Returns Policy

No returned item will be accepted unless you have previously contacted us and we have given you a 'Returns Advice Code'. This code can be obtained by phoning us on 01752661338 or by e-mailing us at enquiries@dasplymouth.com .

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item(s) within 7 working days of delivery. This applies to all of our products provided that all item(s) are returned unused, with packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Upon receipt of these items we will issue a refund and/or resend the correct item(s), with the exception of special order items which you have specifically requested.

In the event that the goods have already been despatched at the date of receipt of your cancellation of the order you must return the goods to us and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the goods within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. If you do not return the goods within 21 days of your cancellation, we will make a charge in respect of the cost of recovering the goods.

If you do not return the goods or fail to make them available for collection within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on the web site.

An item is not deemed to be incorrect if the part is a recognised alternative or a part which has been upgraded or modified by the manufacturer. No part will be accepted back if it has been fitted modified or damaged.

All items returned by post (unless faulty) are returned at your cost. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post.
Parts returned, after your 7 day 'cooling off' period, which are either unwanted or incorrectly ordered by the customer may be subject to a 50% handling/re-stocking charge. This does not apply to special orders, which are non-returnable.
